Recording doesn’t work\ Poor quality of recording

Issues in Android 9-12 are experienced since Google’s new recording policy.     
Our new “recording test” feature can solve this for most devices. Please go to Menu –> Settings –> Recorder and follow the instructions of the “recording test”.                            
If the problem has not yet been resolved at the end of the process, you will have the option to contact the customer support for further assistance.
