That can happen after major system updates.
Your iPhone may need a little time to reconnect and download the latest Caller ID information.
In most cases, everything returns to normal within 12–24 hours. If it’s still not working after that, try turning the CallApp Live Caller ID toggle off and back on under
Settings → Apps → Phone → Call Blocking & Identification.
